What we collect
When you send an estimate form we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, job address or town, the service you pick and your message, plus the page you sent it from and the time. We don't ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
To reply to your request: to call, text or email you about your estimate, scheduling and your project. We don't sell or rent your information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the consent box on a form, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who processes it
This website runs on Cloudflare, which stores a copy of each form submission so a request isn't lost. Submissions are also delivered to our customer messaging system so we can reply. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Links to Facebook take you to that service, which has its own policy.
Cookies
We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics only load if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests as long as needed to handle your request and keep normal business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
