Prep
We graded the site and built a compacted crushed stone base with our own equipment, then dug the thickened edges and set the forms. The mini excavator dug the perimeter while a crew member checked grade with a laser.
Pour
With a slab this size, concrete came from ready mix trucks through a pump boom. The crew raked it out, ran a power screed to get it flat, and kept up with the trucks.
Finish
Power troweled smooth, then saw cut control joints on a grid once the concrete could take it.
